Annual Meetings
Please join us Nov 30-Dec 4, 2026 at Tamarack Resort in Donnelly Idaho for a gathering of guides, outfitters and friends of the industry for 3 days of meetings to grow relationships and the industry.
This meeting will be filled with essential information, interesting presentations, opportunities to meet with land management leadership, networking opportunities, Hunt Tag Allocation classes, camaraderie, cowboy poetry, and so much more!
Normal programming will be held on Dec 1-3 with board meetings on Nov 30 and December 4.
Bring your board, skis, and the whole family and we will see you at Tamarack!
Note: The THAW Fundraiser will be held separately from the Annual Meeting this year. The Thaw will be the day after Lobby Day (Date: Feb. 5, 2027 | Boise, Idaho)

Lodging Options
The IOGA has rooms blocked at the resort for a special price. Our room block and special pricing go away 10/31/26. BOOK YOUR ROOM BEFORE THAT.
Room Options at our negotiated nightly rate:
- Studio Condo - $114
- One Bedroom Condo - $164
- Two Bedroom Condo/cottage/chalet - $228
- Three Bedroom Condo/Cottage/Chalet - $342
These rates do not include lodging or resort taxes, "resort fee" or the flat cleaning fee. We HIGHLY recommend finding folks to share multi-room condo's. All lodging options should have full kitchens.

Transportation
We expect many participants to drive to Donnelly Idaho, however for those flying in:
- Fly in/out Boise ID and you will need to rent a car to make the 100 mile drive.
- If you are coming from Salmon, IOGA has organized a cost-per-seat flight from Salmon to McCall to help accommodate getting to Tamarack.
-Planes will depart Salmon, Idaho on 11/30/2026 and will return on 12/4/2026.
-The cost per-seat is $530/person for the round trip.

Awards
Every year at our annual meeting IOGA provides recognition to those who have uniquely contributed to our industry. At the meeting we typically recognize individuals with some of the following awards: Resource Manager of the Year, Guide of the Year, and Honorary Lifetime Membership.
